"le PALOMBE" farm produces organic extra-virgin olive oil strictly applying the standards required (from cultivation of olive trees through the final bottling) for the organically grown products (REGULATION C.E.E. 2092/91); the farm is certified by I.C.E.A. ( Ethical and Environmental Certification Institute) to testify the absence of chemical treatments of the trees and of the soil.
