Started in 1995, Le PALOMBE is a small family-run organic farm, A.I.A.B. certified, located near the Roman town of Spello (Perugia). It is approximately 400 metres above sea level. The estate has a total area of 7 hectares of olive groves, around 2000 olive trees, and three different types of olives: 85% Moraiolo, 15% Leccino and Frantoiano.
